Aqua Restaurant

With its contemporary venue and menu, Aqua will clearly delight patrons. Aside from the regular menu, a variety of exclusive President's Menu selections can always be found. The chefs have also teamed up with the Cooking Light&reg magazine to offer a variety of dishes which are low in cholesterol, salt and fat, yet high in flavor.

The ever-changing selections include Baked Flounder with Thai Scallion Sauce, Sautéed Veal Scaloppini topped with Crab meat and Sauce Bearnaise, and a Red Currant Glazed Pork Chop served with Root Vegetables.

Blue Lagoon
Creature comforts from the Blue Lagoon are offered 24 hours a day. The "food court style" of this versatile eatery makes it extremely "user-friendly", no matter what time hunger strikes. There are delicious, home-made soups. Traditional British favorites, including Fish and Chips and Shepherd's Pie. Even a children's selection for the little ones. "Don Ho, eat your heart out!" This Hawaiian-themed restaurant takes island hospitality to a whole new level. Choose from such delectable offerings as Lomilomi Salmon, Big Island Pulehu Ribs, and Chicken Braised in Shoyu Scented Coconut Milk. Top off your meal with a slice of Creamy Pineapple Pie, Coffe-Chocolate-Macadameia Nut Cake or Guava Cheesecake. And don't forget to toast the tropics with one tasty, tempting exotic drinks.

Dinners in search of something truly different are sure to find serenity (and exceptional food) at this Asian dinning complex; featuring a sushi bar, teppanyaki room and a Thai / Japanese /Chinese restaurant. Servers dressed in elaborate garb are happy to help you select from such specialty items as Sukiyaki, Peking Duck, or tempting steak and seafood combos. The "Imperial Feast" is an excellent choice for those who have trouble deciding (a common, yet pleasant predicament, considering Ginza's extensive menu). Chilled or warm sake served in a traditional wooden box is a popular accompaniment to any selection.

Las Ramblas Tapas Bar & Restaurant
The sangria is sensational, built it's hard to top the tapas at this friendly gathering place. Although Spanish in concept, the hot and cold tastes hail not only from Spain, but the Middle East, Mexico and other countries, as well. The constantly changing assortment of tapas assures diners will always be dazzled. White, red and non-alcoholic versions of sangria are popular libations.

La Trattoria
Traditional, tasty, and molto italiano, this casual trattoria serves up pasta and plenty more with panache. Pick one of seven perfect pastas then pick the preparation from a list of seven savory sauces. Italian accented entrees include Veal Scallopini with Sage and Prosciutto, Giant Shrimp in Garlic and Olive Oil, and a delicious Traditional Spinach Lasagna. But save room for one of the authentic Italian desserts and a steaming cup of espresso or cappuccino.

While enjoying an intimate meal at Le Bistro, one could easily imagine sitting in a charming café on the Champs Elysées. But the menu also reflects many delicious Mediterranean influences, with just the right amount of attitude adjustment.
